Chicken Breast Mince (1 kg)

Our chicken mince is very lean and offers a great alternative to beef, lamb or pork with lower fat content.

We like to use ours in stir fries, or to make chicken burgers where we add onion and breadcrumbs for body, a touch of chilly and Worcestershire sauce.  Try them in a brioche bun with a slice of tomatoes and all the usual relishes.
